  • Please read this post before you decide to order their products. WHY DO BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES CONTINUE TO GIVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPECT US TO TAKE IT. Unfortunately it’s no different in this case. I put in an order on December 6th and still have not heard anything in regards to me receiving my product. When I finally got through to someone, the person I spoke to was James, who continued to blame me for the information I did not receive. He insisted that I received an email, which I did not. Then he stated that they were contacting all there customers, when once again I was never contacted, about it being on back order. Not once did he apologize or attempt to make it right but continued to lie and tell me, they couldn’t get the ingredients into the country to make the product. That’s strange, because every other company which makes similar products had no problem keeping me informed and I have already received my products. What this company failed to realize is, I review and blog about urban companies, their customer service and how they respond to their customers, and this company has truly failed. They obviously don’t monitor their calls for quality assurance, nor do they have a review section on their website, because they know their customer service is less then stellar. All I can say is if you order from this company, please use a credit card so you can dispute the charge, because you won’t get your product, nor will you receive any help, especially from James. I’m sure no one from this company will read this review but I will post this blog. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
