Shipping & Tracking

All Evan Alexander Grooming shipments are processed and handled by couriers USPS or UPS. Once an order departs our facility, delivery is at the discretion and responsibility of the courier. 

In light of  COVID-19, certain restrictions and closures may impact your shipping time. Please adhere to the current shipping times provided by your courier. Contact your local courier’s office for more information regarding shipping times near you. 

Processing Disclaimer

Orders placed Mon-Thurs and Friday before noon EST will be processed within 1 - 2 business days of receipt. Orders that are placed Friday - Sunday or on observed federal holidays will process the following business day. 

Shipping Rates (Domestic)

Shipping rates are provided by the courier and determined by destination and total package weight. Rates are calculated at the time of checkout. 

International Rates 

International (outside the U.S.) shipments are processed and handled by UPS. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning EAG assumes the the responsibility of all costs and risks associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port. Rates are calculated at the time of checkout. Be advised that all fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Contact your local customs agent to answer any additional questions.

Address Changes

If the shipping address on an order needs to be revised or changed after the order has been placed, please email support@evanalexandergrooming.com ASAP. Include the order number (i.e., EA55555) and updated shipping address.
