Order Revisions

Please communicate any order revisions/changes to our support team as soon as possible by emailing them directly at   support@evanalexandergrooming.com. Typically orders process within one business day; we want to be sure we can promptly receive and process any revision requests for your order.

Cancellations

We’re happy to cancel your order or remove any products from your order at your request. If you wish to cancel an order, contact our support team ASAP. Include the order number and cancellation request.

If you choose to cancel your order after your order has been processed and shipped, don’t worry! We will provide you with a return label to send the order back once it arrives. Once we receive tracking details on the returned package, we will then process a refund for the entire cost of your order.
